释义	法律主观：对依照食品安全法第五十三条规定被召回的食品，食品生产者应当进行无害化处理或者予以销毁，防止其再次流入市场。对因标签、标识或者说明书不符合食品安全标准而被召回的食品，食品生产者在采取补救措施且能保证食品安全的情况下可以继续销售;销售时应当向消费者明示补救措施。县级以上质量监督、工商行政管理、食品药品监督管理部门应当将食品生产者召回不符合食品安全标准的食品的情况，以及食品经营者停止经营不符合食品安全标准的食品的情况，记入食品生产经营者食品安全信用档案。
