释义	基金份额的申购和赎回是怎样的根据证券投资基金法第45条的规定，采用其他运作方式的基金，其基金份额申购、赎回的具体办法，授权国务院另作规定。因此，本章所说的基金份额的申购或者赎回，专指开放式基金的基金份额的申购或者赎回。基金份额申购，是指投资人按照基金份额申购价格，申请购买基金管理人管理的开放式基金的基金份额。基金份额赎回，是指基金份额持有人按照基金份额赎回价格，要求基金管理人购回其所持有的开放式基金的基金份额。
