头部六厘米伤算轻伤吗 |

头部钝器击伤累计六厘米属于轻微伤，不构成轻伤，具体以法医鉴定为准。
一、缝了四针算不算轻伤
不一定是轻伤，轻伤都是要法医鉴定的，出具鉴定书，自己判断没太大意义，如有因被侵害而受伤应立即报警、让法医做鉴定，不过一般情况四针不太可能构成轻伤。颅脑、脊髓，轻伤一级（1）头皮创口或者瘢痕长度累计20.0cm以上。（2）头皮撕脱伤面积累计50.0cm以上；头皮缺损面积累计24.0cm以上。2、轻伤二级（1）头皮创口或者瘢痕长度累计8.0cm以上。（2）头皮撕脱伤面积累计20.0cm以上；头皮缺损面积累计10.0cm2以上。3、轻微伤（1）头部外伤后伴有神经症状。（2）头皮擦伤面积5.0cm以上；头皮挫伤；头皮下血肿。（3）头皮创口或者瘢痕。
三、轻伤刑事案立案标准
根据人体损害鉴定标准，以法医鉴定为准，一级严重一些，二级轻一些，都是故意伤害罪的立案标准。如鉴定为轻伤或者重伤，行为人则构成犯罪，依据《刑法》将追究其刑事责任。根据《刑法》第二百三十四条规定，故意伤害他人身体的，处三年以下有期徒刑、拘役或者管制。犯前款罪，致人重伤的，处三年以上十年以下有期徒刑；致人死亡或者以特别残忍手段致人重伤造成严重残疾的，处十年以上有期徒刑、无期徒刑或者死刑。本法另有规定的，依照规定。
