释义	一般而言，物流企业在产生业务时，首先应签订完整的书面物流合同，在合同上必须写清运输货物的具体状况，尤其要注重货物的交接手续和清点手续。在签订书面物流合同时，还要对需要照料的动物、植物、贵重物品和易燃易爆品以及其他需要押运的物品，应由托运方派人押运。如果车辆在运输途中发生事故，应立即会同有关部门查明情况，分清责任，并及时登记核定损失情况，固定损失数额。同时，物流企业还应该加强对外挂靠和自有车辆的管理，逐步规范物流市场秩序。
