释义	法律分析：不是。应届普通高等学校（普通全日制，也就是统招生）毕业生的工龄（在机关、事业单位中也称为工作年限，下同），是在该毕业生离校后，按照《就业报到证》上规定的有效期时间内去用人单位报到上班，自报到之日并根据享有劳动报酬、缴纳社会保险的时间开始计算工龄的，而不是从转正定级那天开始的，具体以人力社保局核定为准，但起始时间最早是不会早于派遣日期的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第四十五条劳动者连续工作一年以上的，享受带薪年休假。
