释义	我国普遍实行每周工作5日（周一到周五）、每日工作8小时的工时制度。工作日也称劳动日，是指在一昼夜内职工进行工作时间的长度（小时数）。工作日指的是周一至周五的任一天，如果是周六、周日或者法定节假日，那么不算工作日。标准工作日是指由法律规定的，在正常情况下，一般职工所实行的工作日。3到5个工作日是指按上班时间算，3天到5天，不包括非工作日。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第三十六条国家实行劳动者每日工作时间不超过八小时、平均每周工作时间不超过四十四小时的工时制度。
