释义	法律分析：一般在消费者与商家完成交易的同时商家随产品给消费者办理保修卡来作为保修凭证。保修凭证上一般会明确消费者信息、购买日期、产品型号、出厂日期、保修期限和范围、维修记录等。保修分为有一定期限的保修和终身保修两种，有保修期的产品主要是指电子电器产品、交通工具、机械设备等等。法律依据：依据《中华人民共和国产品质量法》、《中华人民共和国消费者权益保护法》及有关规定制定本规定；消费者的合法权益，明确销售者、修理者、生产者承担的部分商品的修理、更换、退货（以下称为三包）的责任和义务。
