释义	根据我国刑法的规定，对于从犯，应当从轻、减轻或者免除处罚。绑架罪的量刑标准十年以上有期徒刑或者无期徒刑，并处罚金或没收财产，情节较轻的，处五年以上十年以下有期徒刑，并处罚金；如果杀害被绑架人或故意伤害致人重伤或死亡的，处无期徒刑或者死刑，并处没收财产。所以绑架罪的从犯应当依据犯罪事实在以上各量刑幅度内从轻、减轻或者免除处罚。
