怎样算闯红灯违章图解
释义
根据有关交通法律法规，驾驶人被认定存在闯红灯的交通违章行为，指存在违反交通红绿灯相位禁止通行规定，越过停止线并且继续行驶的行为，认定的依据是车辆红灯时明显存在过实线还明显的位置移动，但是如果遇到特殊车况交警现场指挥造成的闯红灯，免于处罚。机动车在信号控制的交叉路口和路段上违反红灯相位禁止通行规定，越过停止线并继续行驶的行为为闯红灯。
