释义	法律分析：不能。根据驾驶证相关管理规定，一个人不能持有两个驾驶证。法律依据：《中华人民共和国机动车驾驶证管理办法》第二十七条车辆管理所对有下列情况之一的,应当注销机动车驾驶证并在登记资料中注明: (一)持证人死亡的(二)身体条件发生变化,不适合驾驶机动车的(三)超过换证时限一年以上的(四)涂改、冒领机动车驾驶证的(五)无正当理由,超过三个月不接受违章或事故处理的(六)持有两个以上驾驶证的(七)年龄超过70周岁的(八)本人或监护人提出注销申请的。
