释义	法律分析: 承包国营农场的，如果是耕地的，承包期限为30年，草地的承包期为三十年至五十年，林地的承包期为三十年至七十年。农村土地承包，意味着土地的使用权转让给了个人或者一个私人集体组织。但是农场却存在不同，可以存在国营农场或者私营的农场。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第三百三十二条耕地的承包期为三十年。草地的承包期为三十年至五十年。林地的承包期为三十年至七十年。前款规定的承包期限届满，由土地承包经营权人依照农村土地承包的法律规定继续承包。
