释义	法律分析：补考费是合理的，场地费的收取是不合法的，可以向车管所投诉。法律依据：《机动车驾驶证申领和使用规定》第四十四条每个科目考试一次，考试不合格的，可以补考一次。不参加补考或者补考仍不合格的，本次考试终止，申请人应当重新预约考试，但科目二、科目三考试应当在十日后预约。科目三安全文明驾驶常识考试不合格的，已通过的道路驾驶技能考试成绩有效。在学习驾驶证明有效期内，科目二和科目三道路驾驶技能考试预约考试的次数不得超过五次。第五次预约考试仍不合格的，已考试合格的其他科目成绩作废。
