释义	法律分析：现在注册公司实行认缴制，验资制度已经废除。注册资本认缴登记制度实施后，取消了验资制度，这是工商登记制度的改革措施。商务登记前主管部门审批制度不再适用于依照国家法律，行政法规和决定事先许可的事项，但国家安全和公民生活安全除外。法律依据：《公司注册资本登记管理规定》第九条公司的注册资本由公司章程规定，登记机关按照公司章程规定予以登记。以募集方式设立的股份有限公司的注册资本应当经验资机构验资。公司注册资本发生变化，应当修改公司章程并向公司登记机关依法申请办理变更登记。
