释义	如果购房合同是两个人的名字,发票上应该也有两个人的名字,一个名字是写在购买方姓名栏,另一个名字是写在备注栏的。如果备注栏没有写另一个人的姓名,发票应该作废重新开具。否则影响交契税和办不动产登记证的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第二百零九条不动产物权的设立、变更、转让和消灭，经依法登记，发生效力；未经登记，不发生效力，但是法律另有规定的除外。依法属于国家所有的自然资源，所有权可以不登记。
