释义	法律分析：未婚同居即男女双方以非夫妻名义公开或秘密地共同生活的一种两性关系，该种关系在我国不受法律保护，对于同居双方都没有配偶的同居行为，现行法律不做干涉，一方或双方都有配偶的同居行为属于违法行为，情节严重的还会构成重婚罪，受到法律的制裁。与已满14周岁，未满16周岁的少女发生性关系，只要该少女完全自愿，则不构成强奸，也不触犯法律，不需要承担民事责任。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零四十二条禁止重婚。禁止有配偶者与他人同居。
