释义	法律分析：军人战时自伤罪是指战争时期军人用自伤身体的手段逃避军事义务的行为。按中国刑法属于军人违反职责罪。本罪主要特征：(1)行为人主观上出于故意，具有贪生怕死和逃避军事义务的动机和目的。不具有上述动机和目的的自我误伤，以及非战争时期的自伤，均不构成本罪。(2)客观上必须有弄伤自己肢体的行为和结果，如开枪打伤手臂、腿脚等。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第四百三十四条战时自伤身体，逃避军事义务的，处三年以下有期徒刑节严重的，处三年以上七年以下有期徒刑。
