释义	法律分析：终止的合同后能否恢复要看双方是否有新的约定。合同终止后，便失去了法律上的效力。除法律另有规定外，原债权人不得主张合同债权，债务人也不再负合同义务，债权债务关系归于消灭。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百零六条合同中的下列免责条款无效：（一）造成对方人身损害的；（二）因故意或者重大过失造成对方财产损失的。第五百零七条合同不生效、无效、被撤销或者终止的，不影响合同中有关解决争议方法的条款的效力。
