释义	法律分析：抗诉是指人民检察院对人民法院的审判实行法律监督的重要形式。刑事案件检察院的抗诉期限是十天。检察院对刑事案件抗诉案件的抗诉期一般是十天，从收到判决书的第二天开始计算。抗诉只能是由人民检察院来完成的，人民检察院如果认同刑事法庭的审判结果，但是受害者对刑事法庭的判决结果不满意的话，受害者或者犯罪嫌疑人只能提出上诉，而不是抗诉。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第二百三十条不服判决的上诉和抗诉的期限为十日，不服裁定的上诉和抗诉的期限为五日，从接到判决书、裁定书的第二日起算。
