释义	法律分析：按照《劳动合同法》第三十九条（四）款和第九十一条规定，劳动者可以与两家公司订立劳动合同，建立劳动关系。前提是前单位无异议，后单位知晓。前单位不同意的经提出拒不改正的，或者对完成前单位的工作任务造成严重影响的，前单位可以解除合同，并要求劳动者赔偿损失，而后单位需要对赔偿损失承担连带责任。如果劳动者事先隐瞒了已与其他单位有劳动关系的情况与后单位订立劳动合同，后单位可以以劳动者欺诈主张合同无效，要求劳动者赔偿损失。
