摩托车不按导向车道行驶也要挨罚吗：驾驶轻便摩托车不按导向车道扣分。不按导向车道行驶，罚款100元，扣2分。进入直行车道后发现自己明明是要右转的，正确的做法是将错就错，继续直行到下一个路口掉头。因为在其他驾驶人眼中，摩托车驾驶人应该是直行的，突然的右转会让其他驾驶员措手不及，从而容易引发交通事故。
车辆临时停放注意事项是什么
1、按顺行方向靠道路右边停留，驾驶员不准离开车辆，妨碍交通时须迅速驶；
2、车辆没有停稳前，不准开车门和上下人，开车门时不准妨碍其他车辆和行人通行；
3、在设有人行道护栏和路段、人行横道、施工地段、障碍物对面，不准停车；
4、交叉路口、铁路道口、弯路、窄路、桥梁、陡坡、隧道、以及距离上述地点20米以内的路段，不准停车；
5、公共汽车站、电车站、急救站、加油站、消防栓或消防队门前以及距离上述地点30米以内的路段，除使用上述设施的车辆外，其他车辆不准停车；
6、大型公共汽车、电车除特殊情况外，不准在站点以外的地点停车。

驾驶非机动车在道路上行驶应当遵守有关交通安全的规定。非机动车应当在非机动车道内行驶；在没有非机动车道的道路上，应当靠车行道的右侧行驶。
