辞职后不让走怎么办

如果已经提前三十天以书面形式通知了用人单位,但用人单位通过不支付工资的方式不让走,可以向当地劳动保障行政部门和劳动监察大队投诉,劳动行政部门会责令用人单位支付工资。
【法律依据】:
《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》 第三十七条 劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位,可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位,可以解除劳动合同。
