释义	法律分析：国家有规定在医院死掉的人不准直接运回家。法律依据：《国家八部委关于尸体运输管理的若干规定》第四条各地卫生、公安、铁路、交通、民航等有关部门，要协助民政部门管好尸体运输工作。医疗机构要积极协助殡葬管理部门加强对医院太平间的尸体管理。严禁私自接运尸体。对患有烈性传染病者的尸体要进行检疫，并督促死者家属在24小时内报告殡葬管理部门处理。凡无医院死亡证明，无公安派出所注销户口证明，无殡葬管理部门运尸证明，而将尸体运往异地的，铁路、交通和民航部门不予承运，公安部门有权禁止通行。
