释义	法律分析：法院速裁一般是指，法院为了进行民事速裁程序，设立了审判庭。速载庭跟我国民事诉讼法中所规定的简易程序不同，速载庭更为简易和灵活。速载程序的出现，是适应了社会和司法实践的发展需要，有利于实现司法的大众化。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第二百二十二条基层人民法院管辖的可能判处三年有期徒刑以下刑罚的案件，案件事实清楚，证据确实、充分，被告人认罪认罚并同意适用速裁程序的，可以适用速裁程序，由审判员一人独任审判。人民检察院在提起公诉的时侯，可以建议人民法院适用速裁程序。
