中药需要药监局备案吗

《药品管理法》第六十四条
药品应当从允许药品进口的口岸进口，并由进口药品的企业向口岸所在地药品监督管理部门备案。海关凭药品监督管理部门出具的进口药品通关单办理通关手续。无进口药品通关单的，海关不得放行。
口岸所在地药品监督管理部门应当通知药品检验机构按照国务院药品监督管理部门的规定对进口药品进行抽查检验。
允许药品进口的口岸由国务院药品监督管理部门会同海关总署提出，报国务院批准。
