释义	法律主观：《发票管理办法实施细则》第四十一条规定，实用发票的单位和个人应当妥善保管发票，不得丢失。发票丢失，应于丢失当日书面报告主管税务机关，并在报刊和电视等传播媒介上公告声明作废。按照上述规定，受票方丢失发票应于发现丢失当日书面报告其主管税务机关，并登报声明作废。向主管税务机关提供书面证明或丢失发票的存根联或记账联复印件，经主管税务机关审核后作为合法凭证入账，一律不得要求开票方重复开具发票。如果丢失的发票为单联发票，可以在满足条件的情况下重新开具。
