释义	法律分析：劳动仲裁的终局裁决，如果不服裁决结果，是不能够到法院起诉，只能到中院申请撤销裁决结果，中院在收到申请后，会进行调查，如果符合撤销条件，则会撤销裁决；如果不符合撤销条件，原裁决结果生效；一般为了拖延时间，都会申请撤销，接到中院的电话，配合调查即可，不符合撤销条件的，裁决结果不会被撤销，即使被撤销，劳动者还可以到法院起诉；法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动争议调解仲裁法》第四十八条劳动者对本法第四十七条规定的仲裁裁决不服的，可以自收到仲裁裁决书之日起十五日内向人民法院提起诉讼。
