重新补办绿本抵押记录还保留着吗 |

重新补大绿本，也会有抵押的记录在里面。这个抵押记录是在车管所系统里面的，用户补办了新的绿本，记录也会一并补办。并且如果已经将绿本抵押出去申请贷款，在贷款期间是不允许补办绿本的。只有贷款结清以后，绿本不幸遗失，才可以补办。大家不要想着补办新的绿本，原来的记录就会删除，这个是不可能的。
机动车登记证书是车辆所有权的法律证明，由车辆所有人保管，不随车携带。此后办理转籍、过户等任何车辆登记时都要求出具车辆登记证，并在上面记录车辆的相关情况。
最后要知道的是，没有绿本的车不能卖。机动车的绿本是机动车合法的法律证明，如果没有绿本说明车辆不合法，无法进行过户的操作。

《中华人民共和国机动车登记规定》
第二十二条
机动车所有人将机动车作为抵押物抵押的，应当向登记地车辆管理所申请抵押登记；抵押权消灭的，应当向登记地车辆管理所申请解除抵押登记。
第二十三条
申请抵押登记的，机动车所有人应当填写申请表，由机动车所有人和抵押权人共同申请，并提交下列证明、凭证：
（一）机动车所有人和抵押权人的身份证明；
（二）机动车登记证书；
（三）机动车所有人和抵押权人依法订立的主合同和抵押合同。
车辆管理所应当自受理之日起一日内，审查提交的证明、凭证，在机动车登记证书上签注抵押登记的内容和日期。
