释义	法律分析：不可以的。要自己进行驾校的学习和考试，以此取得驾照，“包过”是违法的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法实施条例》第二十条学习机动车驾驶，应当先学习道路交通安全法律、法规和相关知识，考试合格后，再学习机动车驾驶技能。在道路上学习驾驶，应当按照公安机关交通管理部门指定的路线、时间进行。在道路上学习机动车驾驶技能应当使用教练车，在教练员随车指导下进行，与教学无关的人员不得乘坐教练车。学员在学习驾驶中有道路交通安全违法行为或者造成交通事故的，由教练员承担责任。
