释义	死胎没有继承权。胎儿出生以后如果是死胎的话就没有继承权了，民法典中虽然也明确规定必须要保留对胎儿的遗产继承份额，可是，胎儿出生的时候就是死胎的，之前给胎儿保留的这部分遗产份额，应该有其他的继承人依法继承。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第十六条涉及遗产继承、接受赠与等胎儿利益保护的，胎儿视为具有民事权利能力。但是，胎儿娩出时为死体的，其民事权利能力自始不存在。
