释义	法律分析：根据各大银行的规定，外地银行卡无法在本地进行注销，因此，只需要将卡里面的钱转到其他的银行卡或者将银行卡里面的资金取走就行，过上1年之后就会自动注销。法律依据：《最高人民法院关于人民法院民事执行中查封、扣押、冻结财产的规定》第二十九条第一款人民法院冻结被执行人的银行存款及其他资金的期限不得超过六个月，查封、扣押动产的期限不得超过一年，查封不动产、冻结其他财产权的期限不得超过二年。
