释义	法律分析：二审后不可以再上诉了。二审法院所作出的判决为终审判决，自判决送达之时即生效，当事人不可以再上诉。当事人如果对生效的判决不服的，可以向法院申请再审，或向检察院申请抗诉。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第二百三十三条第二审的判决、裁定和最高人民法院的判决、裁定，都是终审的判决、裁定。第二百四十一条当事人及其法定代理人、近亲属，对已经发生法律效力的判决、裁定，可以向人民法院或者人民检察院提出申诉，但是不能停止判决、裁定的执行。
