释义	无效。一般情况是主合同无效担保合同就无效，但也要看合同约定，如果担保合同约定主借款合同无效但担保合同无论何种条件均有效，这样的情况只要借款行为发生了，则担保人都要承担保证责任。如果没有这样的约定，则借款合同无效，担保合同也无效。法律依据《中华人民共和国民法典》第三百八十八条
