释义	法律分析：在我国法律中，并没有对合伙合同最长的签订期限进行硬性规定，都是遵从各方的自由意志进行约定。而即使对合伙期限进行约定的，当出现合伙企业法第四十五条的合伙终止、或者合同解除的条件出现时，合伙人仍可以退伙。法律依据：《中华人民共和国合伙企业法》第四十五条合伙协议约定合伙期限的，在合伙企业存续期间，有下列情形之一的，合伙人可以退伙： (一)合伙协议约定的退伙事由出现 (二)经全体合伙人一致同意 (三)发生合伙人难以继续参加合伙的事由 (四)其他合伙人严重违反合伙协议约定的义务。
