释义	无产权房屋一般不可以出租。对于建房手续不全、违章建房等原因使得产权人无法办理登记手续、无法依法取得房屋所有权证的房屋，不得出租；但对于具有合法的建房、购房手续，已通过竣工验收的房屋其房产证处于正在办理过程中的，可以出租。法律依据：《商品房屋租赁管理办法》第六条有下列情形之一的房屋不得出租：（一）属于违法建筑的；（二）不符合安全、防灾等工程建设强制性标准的；（三）违反规定改变房屋使用性质的；（四）法律、法规规定禁止出租的其他情形。
