释义	法律分析：动车开车前2小时之前都可以退票。旅客要求退票时,请在票面载明的开车时间前到车站办理,退还全部票价,核收退票费。团体旅客请不晚于开车前48小时。原票使用现金购票的,应退票款退还现金。法律依据：《铁路旅客运输办理细则》第三十一条旅客在发站要求办理提前或改晚乘车并符合改签条件时，车站应予以办理。办理时，在车票背面加盖“改签乘车日期车次”戳，注明“改乘x年x月x日x次列车，x车x号”，或粘贴“改乘x年x月x日x次x车x号”小条。
