欠钱不还可以跟着他嘛？ |

一直跟着债务人不违法，但做出过格的行为就涉及非法拘禁了。如果别人欠钱，一直向他讨要，并不违法。但讨厌的方式不能过激，不能有暴力行为。讨要自己的债务不违法，但对欠债人造成了伤害就属违法。如果准备向法院起诉，那么首先要准备的是诉讼材料，而其中对诉讼起着决定性作用的是证据。为了实现债权，最好搜集以下证据：(一)欠条，一般来说，用于讨债的最有力的证据莫过于欠条，它出自借钱一方之手，有对方的签字，作为书证，极具效力。(二)人证，案件审理中，对方可以对己方证据进行质证，为了保证证据的充分性以及万无一失，找到人证是必不可少的。如果借钱时有其他人在场见证，那么可以找到这些人对债权进行证明。(三)对方财产证据。诉讼的最终目的是拿到借出去的钱，但不少人为了逃避债务，就会将自己的财产转移他处。
