自动售货机需要营业执照么？ |

自动售货机是否需要营业执照，需要根据实际情况而定：
1、如果是个人买来放置在公司或者食堂等非正式盈利的地点，其实是没有必要办理什么营业执照的；
2、如果是用于商业用途，有正规的投放场所，这时候办理营业执照就很有必要了。
自动售货机与商业零售手续基本类似，也是需要办理营业执照、税务登记证等。另外，对于一些特殊商品，还需要办理相应的证件才可以进行售卖。
营业执照办理流程：
1、核准名称。1至3个工作日确定公司类型、名字、注册资本、股东及出资比例后，可以去工商局现场或线上提交核名申请，核名失败则需重新核名；
2、提交资料。5至15个工作日核名通过后，确认地址信息、高管信息、经营范围，在线提交预申请，在线预审通过之后，按照预约时间去工商局递交申请材料敏茄歼，收到准予设立登记通知书；
3、领取执照。携带准纳枯予设立登记通知书、办理人身份证原件，到工商局领取营业执照正、副本，领取营业执照。
办理营业执照所需材料：
1、公司法定代表人签署的公司设立登记申请书；
2、全体股东签署的公司章程；
3、法人股东资格证明或者自然人股东身份证及其复印件；
4、董事、监事和经理的任职文件及身份证复印件；
5、指定代表或委托代理人证明；
6、代理人身份证及其复印件；
7、住所使用证明。

第二桥冲十二条 登记机关作出准予登记决定的，应当发给申请人准予个体工商户登记通知书，并在10日内发给申请人个体工商户营业执照。不予登记的，应当发给申请人个体工商户登记驳回通知书
