建设单位不得任意压缩什么工期

释义

法律主观：

建设单位压缩工期不得超过20%。我国法律规定，招标人应依据相关工程的工期定额合理计算工期，压缩的工期天数不得超过定额工期的20%，超过者应在招标文件中明示增加赶工费。压缩工期超过定额工期的20%，需要事先明示。

法律客观：

    《建设工程质量管理条例》第十条
    建设工程发包单位不得迫使承包方以低于成本的价格竞标，不得任意压缩合理工期。建设单位不得明示或者暗示设计单位或者施工单位违反工程建设强制性标准，降低建设工程质量。
