释义	法律分析：目前还没有纳入报销。按照国家、各省有关规定，基本医疗保险诊疗项目通过制定基本医疗保险诊疗项目范围和目录进行管理。纳入基本医疗保险诊疗项目包括：临床诊疗必需、安全有效、费用适宜的诊疗项目。无痛分娩医保不能报销，但是有部分地区已经开始有提议，延安市政协五届四次会议建议将无痛分娩费用纳入医保报销，但未正式执行。法律依据：《中华人民共和国社会保险法》第二十八条符合基本医疗保险药品目录、诊疗项目、医疗服务设施标准以及急诊、抢救的医疗费用，按照国家规定从基本医疗保险基金中支付。
