法律分析：可以。赠与合同可以做公证，即赠与公证。赠与公证是指公证机关根据当事人的申请对赠与财产给与公证的法律程序。一般的赠与合同签订后，赠与人在赠与财产的权利转移前，可以撤销赠与，但经过公证的赠与合同，在赠与财产的权利转移前，赠与人不得撤销赠与。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》 第四百六十五条 依法成立的合同，受法律保护。依法成立的合同，仅对当事人具有法律约束力，但是法律另有规定的除外。
