释义	法律分析：债权转让合同，一旦通知债务人就生效，就不能解除。除非受让人同意。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百四十六条债权人转让权利的，道应当通知债务人。未经通知，该转让对债专务人不发生效力。债权人转让权利的通知不属得撤销，但经受让人同意的除外。第五百六十二条当事人协商一致，可以解除合同。当事人可以约定一方解除合同的事由。解除合同的事由发生时，解除权人可以解除合同。
