法律分析:
使用汽车从事瓶装液化气运输属于道路危险货物运输，依据《中华人民共和国道路运输条例》第八十条和《道路危险货物运输管理规定》第二条的规定，应向道路运输管理机构提出申请，取得道路运输许可。未取得道路危险货物运输许可，擅自从事道路危险货物运输的，道路运输管理机构应当依据《中华人民共和国道路运输条例》、《道路危险货物运输管理规定》实施处罚。车况要达到一级标准。并办理相关的危险品运输许可证。车辆要配备司机（需要有危险品运输上岗证）、押运员（需要有危险品押运员证）。

《中华人民共和国道路运输条例》 第八十条 从事非经营性危险货物运输的，应当遵守本条例有关规定。
《中华人民共和国道路危险货物运输管理规定》
第二条 从事道路危险货物运输经营和使用自备车辆从事为本单位服务的非经营性道路危险货物运输的，应当遵守本规定；
第十一条 申请从事非经营性道路危险货物运输的单位，向所在地设区的市级道路运输管理机构提出申请时，除提交。
