连续犯处罚的原则是什么

法律分析：原则上按照一罪处罚。法律明确规定多次实施某种犯罪行为的，按照加重情形处罚，例如多次抢劫的情形；涉及数额的犯罪，法律按照数额多少设定法定刑的，由于数额可以累积计算，并能做到罪刑相适应的，以一罪处罚。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》 第八十九条 追诉期限从犯罪之日起计算;犯罪行为有连续或者继续状态的,从犯罪行为终了之日起计算。 在追诉期限以内又犯罪的,前罪追诉的期限从犯后罪之日起计算。
