法律分析：从小规模纳税人变成一般纳税人有两种途径。
一是自愿申请，只要满足有固定场所和依法建账这两个前提条件，就可以自愿申请认定为一般纳税人。
二是被动申请，如果纳税人在连续的12个月内的销售收入达到一定的标准(不同行业有所不同，几十万到数百万不等)，就必需去申请认定为一般纳税人。
