释义	法律分析：旷工后，没有按公司要求，回公司办理离职手续，那么拿到工资、解除劳动合同证明、社保手册，那么就无法办理转移社保手续。　　正常离职，那么公司会开具解除劳动合同证明，给劳动者社保手册，劳动者才能到劳动局办理失业证，进而刀片社保局办理社保转移手续。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十八条未直接提交辞职信就走人，这个时候就是劳动者违法。用人单位应该全额支付劳动者工资，但是该劳动者给用人单位造成的直接经济损失，用人单位可以要求劳动者承担。
