释义	法律分析: 否定性法律后果，即法律上不予承认，加以撤销以至制裁。也就是说，如果行为人违反了法律法规的禁止性规定，或者法律规定的特定义务而行为人不予履行，那么将承担对自己不利的法律后果。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千一百六十五条行为人因过错侵害他人民事权益造成损害的，应当承担侵权责任。依照法律规定推定行为人有过错，其不能证明自己没有过错的，应当承担侵权责任。
