释义	法律分析：无主物是没有所有人或者所有人不明的物，如抛弃物等，无主物中，所有人不明的物，是指无法明确所有人，而不是指讼争之物。对无主物，法律没有特别规定时，按先占原则取得所有权，在法律有特别规定时，从其规定，所有人不明的埋藏物、隐藏物，归国家所有。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第三百一十九条拾得漂流物、发现埋藏物或者隐藏物的，参照适用拾得遗失物的有关规定。法律另有规定的，依照其规定
