释义	一般个体工商户实行定额税，即每月按固定金额交税，不与收入挂钩。国家从2012年1月1日开始，对个体工商户月销售额不到2万元的免流转税(营业税、增值税、附加税等)，但不免个税。营业执照批下来后30天内要到所在地税务所进行税务登记，填些表格，等待税务专员核定你的税额。一般专员会到经营地考察一下，核定你的收入情况，房租合同、雇佣员工、经营面积、经营项目等作为核定的参考。
