释义	自然灾害造成的损失，国家没有责任，所以，国家不会进行任何赔偿。当然，如果因自然灾害导致受灾人生活困难或者需要救助的，国家会给予适当的救助或者补偿，但不会是赔偿。法律依据：《自然灾害救助条例》第四条县级以上人民政府应当将自然灾害救助工作纳入国民经济和社会发展规划，建立健全与自然灾害救助需求相适应的资金、物资保障机制，将人民政府安排的自然灾害救助资金和自然灾害救助工作经费纳入财政预算。
