释义	我国法律上没有临时工的概念，如果临时工是指非全日制用工的，双方可以随时解除用工关系；如果是非全日制用工以外的用工方式，不得随便解除劳动关系。《劳动合同法》第七十一条非全日制用工双方当事人任何一方都可以随时通知对方终止用工。终止用工，用人单位不向劳动者支付经济补偿。
